The Role:
We're looking for Crest CCT, or CHECK Team Leader qualified Pentration Testers to join the Arcturus team and help us protect our customers. As a Pentester working within our Arcturus Security business, you'll work to forge strong and consultative relationships with your clients, helping them understand the cybersecurity landscape and its business impact.
As a technical specialist, you'll use your strong technical knowledge of operating systems, networks and web applications to understand their security vulnerabilities and the techniques used to exploit them. We test a wide range of technologies, including tech without defined methodologies; as a Principal Pentester you'll be responsible for exploring and delivering results to assure success.
As someone passionate about continuous improvement, you'll work with the team and our clients to constantly develop and innovate our services helping us to add value to our clients and stand out from the crowd. As a team we're always looking to incorporate new technologies and encourage high performance, learning new things as we go and you will too! You'll share your knowledge with the team, the wider Cyberfort community, our clients and the world; contributing to Group blogs, presenting at events and undertaking research related to technology enhancements.
Responsibilities:

Acting as a project lead, taking ownership of client
relationships, taking responsibility for exploring and
delivering their project requirements

Look for new business opportunities within your client base

Manage and coordinate project resources ensuring you have the
right people and skills available to ensure successful delivery

Coach members of your team to ensure they reach their full
potential and deliver against their performance objectives

Take responsibility for reviewing and improving the
methodologies, tools and processes used by the team
-
Compile detailed, well-written reports and check the work of
other consultants, providing developmental feedback

Carry out research and development work as required, to
continue to advance core knowledge areas/develop niche
interests and specialisms

Represent the company at public events such as conferences and
webinars etc.

Contribute to the evolution of our services and company
innovation

Have experience leading large penetration testing projects from
start to finish

Have Penetration Testing experience in an IT Consultancy or
blue-chip environment

Have expertise in resolving issues with clients at a senior
level

Have knowledge of industry compliance and regulation
requirements

A Degree in an IT-related discipline

CREST CCT or CHECK Team Leader qualification
