Cyber security testing business Arcturus has become the second company to join the Cyberfort Group.
Arcturus joins data centre and managed services provider The Bunker in the Cyberfort roster.
Arcturus has been created organically and is being led by Simon Fletcher, a veteran of the UK security industry. Its offering will initially focus on penetration testing for a range of clients.
Following investment into The Bunker from Palatine Private Equity in July 2017, Cyberfort was created to bring together leaders in the fields of data security and create a truly end-to-end security proposition. Arcturus and The Bunker will be joined by other businesses in the coming months.
Fletcher said: “Our vision was to create a truly people-driven cyber security consultancy by mixing strategic guidance with cutting-edge technical expertise. We are part of the Cyberfort Group and that gives us a really solid foundation from which to grow.
We want to continue to attract the very best talent in the industry while creating long-lasting relationships with our clients – guiding them through the ever-changing cyber security landscape.”
Andy Hague, CEO of Cyberfort Group said: “We are bringing together the very best in data security, and that always needed to include a world-class offensive security business. We’ve created just that with Arcturus, and it means we’re even better positioned as a Group as cyber security continues to move higher up the board agenda.”
